The Spinner Report: Covering week of March 10, 2007

Well, sorry, I'm a day late getting out the Spinner Report. Everybody did well,with improvement across the boards. Remember, we're competing against our former times, and miles, by the way. The goal is for each of us to improve our cardiac health and ride further and smarter!

In the meantime, our Arctic Jill is taking it easy for a bit, she postholed in deep snow during the Susitna 100 while crashing the bike and finished the race with her personal best time ever.....with an injured knee! Tough lady!
